Materials Needed:                                                                                                                        

1.      Yarn  – Soft Worsted Weight, I used Red Heart.                                    

Colors that I have used for my hats:

Color A - Bright Red

2.     Hook – Size H-8-5.00 mm

3. Stitch Marker

4. Yarn Needle

5.     Scissors

 Size Chart:  

3 inches tall, 3 inches wide

  Skill Level:

Easy 

Stitch Abbreviations:

ch - chain

sk - skip

sl st - slip stitch   

sc - single crochet

dc - double crochet


crochet rose pattern instructions

Foundation Chain: Ch 3.

Rnd 1: Place 6 sc into the last ch from the hook (6 sc).

Rnd 2: 2 sc in each sc around (12 sc).

Rnd 3: [Sc in next sc, 2 sc in next sc] 6 times (18 sc).

Rnd 4: [Ch 1, sk 2 sc, 5 dc, sc, into same st] 6 times (36 sc).

Do not fasten off.

Ch 30.

Row 1: In 2nd ch from hook place [5 dc, sc, in same ch, ch 1, sk 2 ch’s] 10 times (60 sc).

Fasten off.

Fold row 1 around to form flower.

Stitch top flower into bottom flower.
