Crochet Mouse Pattern

This free crochet mouse pattern also known as an amigurumi pattern, is very easy to make and it only takes about 25-30 minutes to whip up. The mouse makes for a fun and inexpensive gift... and it's great for infants and small children, it even makes a great cat or animal toy.

This mouse crochet pattern is great for beginners because it's made with using a single crochet stitch. I used some of my soft worsted weight yarn to make it because it only takes a little or minimal amount.

After I was done making the mouse I gave it to my little girl to play with and she gave it tons of slobbery baby love! When I attempted to wipe the slobber off she freaked out was pretty upset with me... so now she sleeps with it!

- My little girl just loves her crochet mouse toy!

One of My Go-To Books For Crochet Toy Making...

I love crocheting animals and other toys for my kids, and when I don't have time to design my own patterns, one of the books I use to get ideas from is called "Learn to Crochet Toys" by Ida Herter. It's a great book that begins by showing basic techniques which then leads into new and more complicated stitches with each pattern. "Learn to Crochet Toys" also provides access to free online technique videos!

I am going to show off some of my work from this book soon... so stay tuned!
